Phillips Policies Visitors We wish to encourage you to visit your child's classroom as frequently as you wish. For everyone's safety, we do require all visitors to stop by the office to sign in and to sign out when they come by. This helps all staff, particularly those who are relatively new to our school and might not recognize you, make certain that anyone in the building should be there. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation! Communication Students bring home work folders on a weekly basis, usually on Thursdays. Please take time to go over your child's work, check for any notes from his or her parent, and then sign and return the folder the next day. Conferences are typically scheduled for twice yearly.
